We’re a couple living in a beautiful wooded area in Northwest Arkansas, near Walmart’s headquarters in Bentonville.

My husband is originally from Hawaii and is a retired busy bee who is always looking for something to do around the house or a new project to improve our home. I’m originally from Yokohama, Japan, and I speak both English and Japanese. I also run my own online business as a mental and life coach.

We’re nature lovers and enjoy golf, cycling, swimming, and walking. Bella Vista is a wonderful place for outdoor activities, especially golf and cycling, so we’re fortunate to be able to enjoy an active lifestyle here throughout the year.

Our house is located in East Bella Vista, surrounded by beautiful woods while still being conveniently close to grocery stores, a hospital, and a Walmart Supercenter in Bentonville. We’re only about 20 minutes from Downtown Bentonville Square, the Walmart Museum, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. XNA (Northwest Arkansas National Airport), the nearest airport to our house, is approximately 30 minutes away.

Our house was recently remodeled, with new flooring, an expanded kitchen and living area, and a newly built balcony. We also have experience renting our home as a short-term rental, so we believe you’ll feel very comfortable here—almost like staying at a 5-star Airbnb!

During your stay, you’ll have access to the entire living area, kitchen, and dining area, as well as your own bedroom and bathroom. You’re also very welcome to use our office.

We also have a large sunroom that we recently remodeled and now use as an exercise and playroom. Our backyard is fully fenced, so it’s easy to let the dogs outside for potty breaks and playtime throughout the day.

Bella Vista is a 36,000-acre recreational community in Northwest Arkansas that has grown significantly over the past decade, evolving from a quiet retirement community into a vibrant area known for outdoor living and recreation. It offers 7 golf courses, 7 scenic lakes, numerous walking and biking trails, and fitness centers. We’re happy to provide amenity cards so you can enjoy Bella Vista’s facilities during your stay.
