Do I need a Portuguese SIM card?

Are most sits in summer?
Counter-intuitively, summer isn't the peak — many homeowners are home then, already at the beach. The exception is the busy coast in peak August, when some owners travel to escape the crowds. Overall, the most active months are spring (March-May) and autumn (September-November), plus winter when northern Europeans escape the cold.
Will I need a car?
