About
I've had dogs and/or cats since I was a child. As an adult, I had a period of seven years without pets, and that's when I realised that animals aren't just something I love — they're something I need in my life. To me, a house with fur is a happy home. :)
Experience with pets & homes
I've taken care of five dogs and several cats while living in a house in the countryside. Some of the dogs were a bit challenging, but with patience and respect, we created a special connection and became really close.
Now I live in a city-centre flat, and last year I adopted my best friend. She's the first pet I didn't meet as a baby — she's 2.5 years old — and also my first pet in an urban environment. I've been loving the process of training her and earning her trust. She's become a big part of my routine in the city and even comes with me to the office.
So, I'm used to walking a dog in quiet gardens as well as on crowded streets, and taking them to cafés, shops, and other pet-friendly places.
Before having my own dog, I also regularly helped look after the dogs at my office: making sure they had fresh water, playing with them in the backyard, and taking them out for short walks when needed.
I'm also a pet hugger, kisser, and playing partner — if they're into that stuff, of course! :)
