We have been official TrustedHousesitters Ambassadors, full-time international sitters with top security checks, and experienced slow travelers for 10 years and will care for your pets and home as if they were our own.

We have been together since 2012 and got married in 2014 before becoming full-time petsitters in 2016.
Since then we have taken care of over 50 cats, dogs, fish, chickens, and turkeys during more than 60 house sits in 17 countries on 5 continents.
We have done sits in Thailand, Malaysia, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Romania, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, Morocco, Grenada, and the United States.
Our top priority is to ensure that your home and pets are safe and secure and that you have peace of mind while you are away.
From maintaining a 15,000-square-meter boutique hostel in Santorini, Greece to caring for 5 cats and 3 dogs in Penang, Malaysia, we have easily adapted to every new situation we have found ourselves in.
We care a lot about the environment and animals and do our best to reflect these values in our daily choices and actions.
During our sits, we regularly volunteer to give back to the communities we are temporarily living in. For example, we have organized weekly beach cleanups in Santorini, Greece, hosted a zero-waste workshop in Granada, Spain, and volunteered our time for various tree planting projects, blood drives, and animal shelters all around the world.
We both try to live as sustainably and low-waste as possible, so we are also very mindful of our energy consumption during our sits, follow local recycling rules, and compost our organic waste whenever we can.

A little about us…
(Paolo) Before starting our trip, I was a floor manager at a 4-star hotel in Sardinia, Italy.
Since graduating from hospitality school, I have gained 20 years' worth of management experience for luxury villas, hotels, resorts, and restaurants throughout Italy, England, France, and Spain, all while improving my language skills and getting to know the local cultures.
Cooking is one of my passions, so I will definitely cook you an authentic Italian meal when we meet and will welcome you back home with a warm, home-cooked meal!
(Bianca) I am originally from Upstate New York and graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University in 2010.
Before moving to Sardinia to teach English, I worked in the community relations and charitable giving department at Southwest Airlines in Dallas and as the Public Relations Manager for Off Track Planet, a Brooklyn-based travel start-up company. I now work online as an English teacher.
Since travel hacking and sustainable living are my areas of expertise, I would be happy to help you find the best travel deals for your trip or offer you advice on zero-waste and low-impact living.

Experience with pets & homes
We are experienced house and pet sitters who take this role seriously, so rest assured that your home, pets, plants, car, and property will be safe while under our care.
We feel comfortable giving animals medication, running errands, fixing minor issues around the house, sprucing up gardens, maintaining pools, managing properties and workers, driving in foreign countries, following recycling rules, and keeping your house impeccably clean.
We will always communicate openly and honestly and can give you updates with photos of your home and pets as often as you would like.
We have rescued 3 stray cats, Kimba, Oxford, and Portland, and 1 stray dog, Rocky. They were all ill when we found them, and we nursed them back to health, gave them all of our love and care, and proudly watched them grow into happy, spoiled, and loving pets. We also fostered 3 one-month-old puppies during the COVID-19 lockdown until they were each adopted.
Paolo is trained and certified in CPR, First Aid, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and High-Risk Fire Prevention and Safety, and he has an International Driving Permit. He has 20 years of experience working in the hospitality industry and has worked in management for luxury properties and businesses for 10 years. He also successfully ran his own café and lounge for two years.
Paolo has an exquisite eye for detail, displays the utmost professionalism, and is fluent in Italian, English, and Sardinian. He also speaks Spanish well and has a basic knowledge of French. He was a Boy Scout and Eagle Scout for many years and is also highly resourceful. Paolo has rented houses in 4 different countries and has always had positive experiences and reviews from his flatmates and landlords.
Bianca is an easy-going person with an enthusiastic and adventurous spirit. Before meeting Paolo, she house and pet sat in New York and New Jersey, walked dogs in Brooklyn, studied in Florence, lifeguarded in Upstate New York, au paired in Italy, and rented apartments in Brooklyn, Syracuse, and Dallas. She speaks Italian and Spanish well and can understand a bit of Portuguese, French, and American Sign Language.
Bianca has served as a blood drive coordinator for the American Red Cross, as a volunteer for charity: water, and as a fundraiser for Save the Children. She has also been responsible for organizing some of Southwest Airlines’ employee volunteer events and improving and expanding the company’s social responsibility initiatives.
