Hi! I’m Sevda, a fashion designer from Istanbul, and I come to London quite often for work.
I’ve always been a cat person — I have two girls of my own, Turşu & Lily, back home in Istanbul, and I’ve looked after cats for years, from a few days to almost a year. I’m very comfortable with different personalities and routines.
I’m also a bit obsessed with keeping a home clean and tidy. 😭 Having two cats means I’m constantly cleaning anyway, so I genuinely enjoy looking after a home and keeping everything nice and cared for.
I’m calm, respectful and easy-going, and I’d love to look after your cats (and your home!) while you’re away. 🤍
Experience with pets & homes
A little about my experience with cats 🐈⬛
I’ve been caring for cats for many years, both for friends and family and through house & cat sitting.
• 2019: Looked after two tabby cats for a month.
• 2020–2021: Cared for four cats for around a year while their family moved to Korea. One of the cats was undergoing cancer treatment, so I took her to the vet three times a week for chemotherapy and helped with her daily care.
• 2023–2024: Looked after my aunt’s cats for around two months while she was away.
• 2024, London: Looked after cats in exchange for staying in their homes, including stays of 3 days and 1 week.
• I also regularly look after my friends’ and relatives’ cats in Istanbul when they travel.
I currently have two lovely girls of my own, Turşu & Lily, who have been with me for around 2.5 years. One of them is a little tailless girl, but she’s perfectly healthy and very well cared for. 🥹
I’m very comfortable with different personalities, routines, feeding schedules and giving cats the time and attention they need. I treat every cat as if they were my own. 🤍
